Payment:

Orders placed through this website are paid through Stripe with a credit or debit card. You do not need a Stripe account to buy something through this website, and you can learn more about Stripe and their impeccable security here. Our secure server uses industry-standard 128 bit encryption technologies to ensure the security of payment card data.

I also accept online bank transfers. Please contact me if you would like to pay by this method.

Production Time:

Marion normally has most jewellery pieces in stock and your order is dispatched the same day if it is placed before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm if will be dispatched the following working day. At busier times of year dispatch may increase by a few days. If you have a question about delivery times for your order please contact Marion.

Privacy Policy:

At Marion Made Jewellery, we respect your privacy, and will never sell, trade, or otherwise distribute, your personal information to any one else, ever! We collect your personal information only for the purposes of completing your order, and for the production of our company accounts for tax purposes. Our full privacy policy can be read here. To complete your order we will need: your address, the delivery address, your email address (to send confirmation of your order to and any other order details such as a design for your jewellery), and your phone number for urgent questions about your order or for the delivery form (if using a courier service).

Promotions and Offers:

All offers and promotions are dependent on specific terms and conditions, along with stock availability which may change at any time. Marion Made reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of any discount/promotion at any time.

Returns:

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Marion Made jewellery, however, please contact Marion if you have a problem with your piece. Once you have received your online order, you have 30 days from receipt to return your order. We cannot accept any returns on bespoke or personalised items, so we ask for your particular care and attention when ordering these pieces.
