All U.K orders with the exception of custom orders will be dispatched within 3 days
Please note: Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19. Please allow a little extra time for your delivery to arrive.

You will receive a tracking number after your order has shipped.


EU orders: Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.
International Orders: Please allow up to 25 business days for your order to arrive.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority so if for any reason you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We will advise you how to proceed including the delivery method to be used.

Items should be returned within 21 days.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect we will offer a repair or replacement. Please notify us immediately. We are unable to offer a refund on any custom or personalised orders.

Unless the item is agreed to be faulty, we will not be liable for the cost of the return delivery. Any item returned, for whatever reason, must be delivered to us unworn, undamaged (beyond any agreed fault) and in its box & packaging.

Please note that any item returned remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not accept liability for any item lost or damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Returns policy.
